These terms and conditions apply to any purchase you make so please take the time to read this. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
- THE CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND PARAMOUNT GB
1.1 We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be dispatched. Once your payment has been received by us we will confirm receipt of your order and payment by sending an email to you at the email address on your order form. Acceptance of your order shall only take place when we dispatch the items. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
1.2 All items offered for sale by Paramount GB are offered on an ‘invitation to treat’ basis only. This means that we are not obliged to sell you an item on the terms stated until we have dispatched the item to you.
1.3 You can place an order via phone, email or on our website. All of our contracts are concluded in English. All orders will be based upon prices and delivery charges in force at the time you submit your order. If the prices are different from those published you will be notified before we accept your order.

2.1 We make every effort to ensure that photographs and descriptions are accurate, but please note that some details such as colour may vary. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and printing process will allow. However, slight variations may occur. Garment specifications are correct at time of going to press.
2.2 All items are subject to availability. We shall inform you as soon as possible if the product(s) you have ordered are not available, and if you have already paid for the product, refund you as soon as reasonably possible.
2.3 While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time
3.1 We usually deliver items by courier. Our delivery times and prices are here.
4.1 We hope you are happy with your purchase, however, in addition to your statutory rights, if for any reason you would like to return an item please refer to our returns policy. We will happily refund or exchange your goods as requested on your returns form. Items should be returned in the original packaging with the original labels with the completed returns form. You must take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the goods returned and that they are not damaged in transit.
4.2 If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know immediately. If your order has been dispatched you have 14 days in which to return the goods, stating the reasons why you wish to cancel via email to email@example.com or using our Contact Us form.
4.3 UK Returns: Returns are free if you live in the UK (including England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and highlands). Items will need to be returned within 14 days using the Freepost returns label on the returns form provided with your delivery.
4.4 Non-UK Returns: If you live outside the UK you will be required to arrange for the return of goods using the assigned courier that delivered the parcel or a courier of your choice, at your own cost within 28 days. We will not be able to refund the cost of returning the goods.
4.5 If for any reason you return one of the items supplied under any promotional offer, where you do not wish to receive an exchange for the returned garment, we reserve the right to withdraw the promotion and charge you the full price you paid for the item(s) retained.
4.6 We cannot accept responsibility for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post. Once the items are delivered to you, they remain your responsibility. Please ensure you keep proof of postage when returning the goods.
4.7 If your Paramount GB product is faulty, please accept our apologies. If items are found to be faulty we will seek to reimburse the postage cost for the return of the goods. If the items you return to us are, in our reasonable opinion, not deemed to be faulty, you will bear the postage costs associated with returning the goods (please note, this does not affect your statutory rights). Please keep a receipt as proof of postage for this process as you may be required to show this to us so we can reimburse your postage cost.
5.1 We may amend these terms and conditions of sale at any time by posting the amended terms on the website. All amended terms automatically take effect 14 days after they are initially posted. Please ensure that you check the website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions of sale.
5.2 These terms and conditions of sale are governed by English Law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions of sale shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
